The bad news is I didn’t get funding for Stablemates – I can apply again but, with one exception, I’m not planning further events in London until I succeed.

The good news is the exception I mentioned above – there will be a Stablemates on Wed 14th Nov at Waterstones Gower St. Well, if Mark Doty was in UK and agreed to take part, you’d find a way to make it happen, wouldn’t you? The other two poets from Jonathan Cape are Andrew McMillan and Fiona Benson.
